Gemstone Planet ships orders across Pakistan through trusted courier services. International shipping is currently not available.

Delivery Times

Ready-Made Products

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 5–7 working days.

Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Custom products generally require 5–12 working days for crafting and are normally delivered within 7–15 working days.

Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions. If there is a delay, we will contact you by WhatsApp or email.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations. Free shipping may apply during promotions or for qualifying order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send your tracking number and courier details by WhatsApp or email.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
